Machining complex components
ALMA processes stainless steel, aluminium, and copper, as well as brass, plastics, and special materials according to the application. CNC turning and milling support a range of component sizes. Computer-assisted manufacturing and machine simulation help plan the machining process before production.
Inspection throughout production
Quality checks take place during manufacturing and at final inspection. ALMA uses coordinate measurement in a controlled-temperature room to assess dimensions and geometric tolerances. Depending on the requirement, inspection can also include helium leak testing and checks for particle contamination.
